Το ΟΧΙ δεν μπορεί να γίνει ΝΑΙ

Στο δημοψήφισμα της 5/7/2015 ο ελληνικός λαός είπε ένα συντριπτικό ΟΧΙ στο τελεσίγραφο των δανειστών, με ποσοστό 61,5%. Μόλις τέσσερις ημέρες μετά η ελληνική κυβέρνηση κατέθεσε μια πρόταση, η οποία επί της ουσίας έχει μικρές διαφορές με την απορριφθείσα πρόταση των δανειστών, μετατρέποντας το ΟΧΙ του ελληνικού λαού σε ΝΑΙ.

Αντιλαμβανόμαστε τον σαρωτικό συσχετισμό δύναμης των δανειστών απέναντι στην ελληνική κυβέρνηση, την εξαιρετικά ακραία οικονομική κατάσταση της οικονομίας, στην οποία μας οδήγησαν οι τραπεζίτες και οι νεοφιλελεύθερες ευρωπαϊκές ελίτ, καθώς και την τεράστια και άνιση μάχη που έδωσε η ελληνική κυβέρνηση.

Πιστεύουμε ότι η άμεση αλλαγή πολιτικής πλεύσης, η οποία θα περιλαμβάνει σαφές σχέδιο απεγκλωβισμού από τον θανατηφόρο εναγκαλισμό της ΕΚΤ και της αέναης λιτότητας, είναι πλέον απολύτως αναγκαία.

The new VAT system will: (i) unify the rates at a standard 23 percent rate and a reduced 13 percent rate for food, energy, water, and hotels, and a super-reduced rate of 6 percent for pharmaceuticals, books, and theater; (ii) streamline exemptions to broaden the base; and (iii) maintain the 30% discount on islands. Adopt legislation to reform the VAT system that will be effective as of July 1, 2015. The reform will target a net revenue gain of 1 percent of GDP on an annual basis from parametric changes. The new VAT system will: (i) unify the rates at a standard 23 percent rate, which will includerestaurants, hotels and catering, and a reduced 13 percent rate for basic food, energy, and water (excluding sewage),and a super-reduced rate of 6 percent for pharmaceuticals, books, and theater; (ii) streamline exemptions to broaden the base and raise the tax on insurance; and (iii) eliminate discounts, including on islands.The increase of the VAT rate described above may be reviewed at the end of 2016, provided that equivalent additional revenues are collected through measures taken against tax evasion and to improve collectability of VAT. Any decision to review shall take place in consultation with the institutions. Adopt legislation to reform the VAT system that will be effective as of July 1, 2015. The reform will target a net revenue gain of 1 percent of GDP on an annual basis from parametric changes. The new VAT system will: (i) unify the rates at a standard 23 percent rate, which will include restaurants and catering, and a reduced 13 percent rate for basic food, energy, hotels, and water (excluding sewage), and a super-reduced rate of 6 percent for pharmaceuticals, books, and theater; (ii) streamline exemptions to broaden the base and raise the tax on insurance; and (iii) Eliminate discounts on islands, starting with the islands with higher incomes and which are the most popular tourist destinations, except the most remote ones. This will be completed by end-2016, as appropriate and targeted fiscally neutral measures to compensate those inhabitants that are most in need are determined. The new VAT rates on hotels and islands will be implemented from October 2015.The increase of the VAT rate described above may be reviewed at the end of 2016, provided that equivalent additional revenues are collected through measures taken against tax evasion and to improve collectability of VAT. Any decision to review and revise shall take place in consultation with the institutions.

• We will consider some compensating measures, in case of fiscal shortfalls: (i) Increase the tax rate to income for rents, for annual incomes below €12,000 to 15% (from 11%) with an additional revenue of €160 million and for annual incomes above €12,000 to 35% (from 33%) with an additional revenue of €40 million; (ii)  the corporate income tax will increase by an additional percentage point (i.e. from 28% to 29%) that will result in additional revenues of €130 million.
Στη νέα πρόταση υπάρχει πρόβλεψη για αύξηση του φόρου ενοικίασης από 11% στο 15% για εισοδήματα μέχρι 12.000€ (προϋπολογισμένα έσοδα 160 εκατομμύρια ευρώ) και αύξηση φόρου στο 35% από το 33% για τα εισοδήματα πάνω από τα 12.000€ (με προϋπολογισμένα έσοδα 40 εκ.). Τέλος σε περίπτωση ελλείμματος στον προϋπολογισμό ο φορολογικός συντελεστής θα πάει από το 28% στο 29%, κάτι που θα αποφέρει επιπλέον 130 εκατομμύρια ευρώ.
Μεταρρύθμιση ασφαλιστικού
The Authorities recognise that the pension system is unsustainable and needs fundamental reforms. This is why they will implement in full the 2010 pension reform law (3863/2010), and implement in full or replace/adjust the sustainability factors for supplementary and lump-sum pensions from the 2012 reform with to achieve equivalent savings and take further steps to improve the pension system. The Authorities recognise that the pension system is unsustainable and needs fundamental reforms. This is why they will implement in full the 2010 pension reform law (3863/2010), and implement in full or replace/adjust the sustainability factors for supplementary and lump-sum pensions from the 2012 reform as a part of the new pension reform in October 2015 to achieve equivalent savings and take further steps to improve the pension system.

The codification of the insurance law will be completed in the immediate future and will correspond to the new organization of the new and more integrated social security system.   • Ζητώ την κατανόησή σας για τη χρήση αυτής της δυνατότητας να σχολιάσω σε ένα χώρο μιας νέας και φιλότιμης κλαδικής παράταξης.
    Όμως οι στιγμές είναι εις τα μη περαιτέρω, και η δημοσιότητα δύσκολη. Όταν το σύνολο των επωνύμων στελεχών της αριστεράς, πλην ελαχίστων εξαιρέσεων, δεν στέτκεται στο ύψος των περιστάσεων, κάθε ηθική δύναμη μη επώνυμων ανθρώπων και συλλογικοτήτων είναι το μόνο πράγμα που μας έχει απομείνει, για να δοθεί επειγόντως μια πολιτική διέξοδος του τεράστιου λαίκού ΟΧΙ.

    Η Δήλωση των 109 μελών της ΚΕ είναι εξαιρετικά ήπια για την αθλιότητα των εξελίξεων. Η δήλωση του Λαφαζάνη, η διασταλτική ερμηνεία της Ζωής κλπ το ίδιο. Και τι να πει κανείς για τους βουλευτές που ψήφισαν όχι, αλλά χειροκροτούσαν τον Τσίπρα; Όνειρο ζω…ή μάλλον Εφιάλτη. Τελικά από όλους τους βουλευτές, μόνο η Ραχήλ τα είπε χύμα και όπως έχουν !!! και από τα στελέχη, μόνο ο Μπελαντής και ο Ταρπάγκος (μακάρι να υπάρχουν άλλοι και να μην το ξέρω).
    Όταν οι λέξεις χάνουν την επαφή τους με τα πράγματα, τότε δύο πράγματα έχουν σημασία.
    Το πρώτο είναι ότι οι λέξεις δεν έχουν πια τόσο σημασία, αλλά τα πράγματα και οι πράξεις. Έτσι λοιπόν, το ζητιανο-αίτημα να γίνει ΚΕ ως νεκροψία και ο παραλογισμός ότι παρόλα αυτά στηρίζουμε την κυβέρνηση που κάνει το πραξικόπημα, είναι πρακτικά μηδενικής σημασίας.
    Μόνο η έμπρακτη τοποθέτηση με μομφή κατά της κυβέρνησης (για τους βουλευτές) και η αυθημερόν άμεση έμπρακτη σύνοδος της ΚΕ για τη διαγραφή του πρωθυπουργού και της κυβέρνησης θα ήταν πράξεις με νόημα.
    Το δεύτερο είναι ότι επειδή παρόλα αυτά τα λόγια δεν γίνεται κανείς να τα αποφύγει, χρειάζεται να μιλά πλέον με βάση τα αντικειμενικά δεδομένα και τα ντοκουμέντα. Με βάση λοιπόν αυτά: Εξ αντικειμένου και εκ του αποτελέσματος, οι πράξεις της κυβέρνησης συνιστούν ή εγκληματική ανικανότητα, ή εγκληματικές πράξεις και παραλείψεις και τελικά συνιστούν αντιδημοκρατική εκτροπή και πραξικόπημα. Οι πράξεις των βουλευτών που ψήφισαν ναι συνιστούν πλήρη αποδοχή και συνενοχή. Οι πράξεις των βουλευτών που αν και ψήφισαν όχι στηρίζουν την κυβέρνηση συνιστούν παθητική αποδοχή. Οι μη πράξεις της ΚΕ (το ανώτατο όργανο !!!), το ίδιο.
    Αν πάμε και στην υποκειμενική πλέον ερμηνεία το γιατί οι “διαφωνούντες” βουλευτές και κεντροεπίτροποι αποδέχονται πρακτικά το πραξικόπημα, είναι απλό. Δεν θέλουν να παραδεχτούν ότι δεν είναι άμοιροι ευθυνών που άφησαν το κόμμα να είναι έρμαιο μιας εκάστοτε παρέας μηχανορράφων, χωρίς να έχουν καταγγείλει ξεκάθαρα την ξεκάθαρα παγιωμένη αντιδημοκρατική του λειτουργία. Εξαιρούνται ελάχιστοι των ελαχίστων που έκαναν και είπαν ότι μπορούσαν καταγγέλλοντας την κατάσταση και αντιπροτείνοντας λύσεις και είναι σήμερα ξεκάθαρα υπέρ της μομφής της κυβέρνησης και της διαγραφής της από το κόμμα, ή αλλιώς της αποχώρησης από το κόμμα.
    Δυστυχώς, μόνο ελάχιστοι των ελαχίστων από τα ονόματα και τα στελέχη έχουν πλέον το ηθικό ανάστημα και την πραγματική δυνατότητα να μαζέψουν τα αποκαΐδια της αριστεράς και της ψυχής του λαού, που έτσι κι αλλιώς, δεν θα υποταχθεί ποτέ.
    Ώρα την ώρα και μέρα τη μέρα, όσοι υποτίθεται ότι εναντιώνονται αλλά πρακτικά δεν εναντιώνονται και δεν δίνουν πολιτική διέξοδο στο τεράστιο λαϊκό όχι , απαξιώνονται και γίνονται συνυπεύθυνοι.
